Comprehensive coverage designed to alleviate out-of-pocket costs associated with accidents, critical illnesses, and accidental death or dismemberment.

Key Plan Features:

  • Guaranteed Issue: No health questions required; immediate coverage upon approval.
  • Customizable Benefits: Choose benefit levels of $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000 for accident and illness coverage; $15,000 and $30,000 levels for critical illness are also available.
  • Lump-Sum Payments: Cash benefits can be used for medical or non-medical expenses as needed.
  • No Network Restrictions: Freedom to choose your preferred healthcare provider.
  • Progressive Coverage: No limit on the number of covered accidents, and coverage renews until age 65 (Accident Medical Expense) or 70 (Critical Illness).

Coverage Details:

Accident Medical Expense (AME):

  • Covers medical costs for accident-related injuries.
  • Includes ambulance, emergency care, and medical treatments.
  • Deductibles apply; benefit payout depends on plan level.

Critical Illness Coverage:

  • Lump-sum payouts for first diagnoses of covered illnesses in three categories:
  • Category One: Heart attack, stroke, coronary bypass surgery, and more.
  • Category Two: Invasive cancer (100%) or cancer in situ (25%) after a 90-day waiting period.
  • Category Three: Advanced Alzheimer’s, paralysis, severe burns, and more.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D):

  • Payouts based on injury severity, ranging from 25% to 100% of the benefit amount.

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • Excluded Conditions: Coverage does not include self-inflicted injuries, participation in illegal activities, or conditions caused by intoxication or drug use.
  • Critical Illness Exclusions: Benefits are not paid for pre-existing conditions diagnosed before coverage, conditions diagnosed outside the U.S. (unless confirmed domestically), or non-covered illnesses.
  • Activity Restrictions: Injuries from hazardous activities such as hang gliding, parachuting, or professional sports are excluded.
